At Jack Archer, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
